蔡濟民關注攝影與電影，試著理解該媒體百年多來對文化社會所引發的影響；並透過器材運作的反覆操練，探索影像創作者的思考路徑。另曾有長期觀察攝影藝術家創作並進行錄像記錄之經驗。
Tsai Chi-Min has close attention to photography and film. He tries to understand how dose photography and film influence our culture and society from 19th century to now. In addition, Tsai Chi-Min documented a photographic artist for three years.

蔡濟民具視覺藝術管理背景，研究所時期便積極參與多檔藝術展覽和大型社區藝術節的策劃。未來期望透過奧賽德工廠的運作，嘗試更多元的實驗性藝術計劃。
Tsai Chi-Min has art management background, who planned several art exhibitions and art festivals from 2007 to now. Tsai Chi-Min attempts to plan more diversified exhibitions on experimental art.
